Right of Way - About Us

Steel in the Air, Inc. commenced assisting landowners with utility easement related questions in late 2009. Spencer Champion contacted us in 2009 regarding a cell tower issue. During the early call, we started discussing the utility easement industry. After that call, it became apparent that landowners were being treated worse by the utility companies than landowners dealing with wireless entities. This was primarily because of the protections granted to utilities by the federal and state governments and the ignorance of most landowners regarding utility easement issues. Spencer clearly knew what he was talking about and one thing led to another and our Right of Way section was added.
